Competitor price monitoring
Prices, stock levels and promotions from the sites you name, on a daily or weekly schedule, with an alert when something changes.
We collect public information from websites for UK businesses, clean it up and deliver it as a spreadsheet, dashboard or feed. You get usable numbers. We deal with the collectors that keep breaking.
Most jobs fit one of these. If yours doesn't, describe it and we'll say honestly whether it can be done.
Prices, stock levels and promotions from the sites you name, on a daily or weekly schedule, with an alert when something changes.
Asking prices, locations and listing dates from public listing pages, so you can follow a local market over time.
Company names, addresses and trade categories from public sources. Every project is checked against UK GDPR first.
A collector built for your list of sites and fields, run once or on a schedule.
Already have a messy export? We remove duplicates, fix formats, standardise categories and merge sources.
Your data in Google Sheets, Looker Studio or Power BI, or delivered by API, CSV or straight into your database.
Raw web pages are cluttered and inconsistent. We hand you structured data that opens straight in the tools you already use.

No technical brief needed. A list of sites and the columns you want is enough to start.
Starting prices in pounds, excluding VAT. Final quotes depend on how many sites and how often.
A single dataset, delivered once.
Scheduled collection from a few sites, with alerts.
Many sources, API or database delivery, maintenance included.
Large volumes or agreed service levels.
New collectors carry a one-off setup fee, because building them takes real time.
We only collect publicly available information. We read each site's terms and robots.txt first, and keep our request rate low so we don't strain anyone's server.
We don't get around logins, paywalls or security measures, and we don't copy creative content such as articles or photos. Where a project involves personal data, we agree a lawful basis with you before we start, or we decline the job.
Unsure whether your idea is allowed? Ask us. A short feasibility check costs far less than a legal problem.
Tell us the sites, the fields and how often you need them. We reply within two working days.
